Engineering Capacity Support

More Project Capability. One Coordinated Resource Network.

Expanding your organization's project capacity shouldn't require building an internal network of engineering organizations, certification specialists, and approval resources.

AvioDesign integrates established engineering partners within our specialist network of experienced certification managers, DERs, and other technical resources to support aircraft modifications, STC development, and certification programs.

For projects requiring ODA involvement, we can assist in identifying an appropriate organization and coordinating engineering and certification activities to help ensure submission packages are prepared in alignment with applicable requirements.

From individual engineering requirements to complete multidisciplinary projects, our certification managers help establish the appropriate execution and certification approach, coordinate participating organizations, and maintain alignment across technical requirements, schedules, and deliverables.

The result is access to broader capabilities, more efficient project coordination, and the flexibility to pursue additional opportunities without permanently expanding your internal organization.

Engineering Support for STC Programs

Engineering is often one of the most significant parts of an STC program.

AvioDesign can coordinate engineering resources to support the technical work required for an STC, including documentation, analysis, drawings, and related engineering deliverables.

We work alongside your certification team, ODA, DERs, and other project resources as appropriate. Your proposal defines the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and exclusions before work begins.

How We Protect Project Information

AvioDesign coordinates supplemental engineering work with confidentiality in mind.

  • 1. Define the Requirement

We review the project need, technical scope, schedule, and required engineering disciplines.

  • 2. Coordinate the Resources

We identify and coordinate engineering organizations or specialists appropriate to the requirement.

  • 3. Limit Information Shared

Client and end-customer identifying information is shared with engineering resources only as necessary to perform the agreed work.

  • 4. Coordinate and Review

AvioDesign’s certification managers coordinate the work, monitor progress against the agreed scope, and manage the return of completed deliverables.

  • 5. Deliver for Your Review

Completed deliverables are returned for your review and use. Delivery preferences, document formatting, and branding considerations are discussed as part of the engagement.

Confidentiality and Client Relationships

We understand that your client relationship and project information are important.

Our certification managers help coordinate confidentiality expectations, project communications, and the handling of information shared with engineering resources.

Each engagement includes a defined scope and written responsibilities. We do not disclose client or end-customer information to engineering resources except as necessary to perform the agreed work.

What AvioDesign Coordinates

Depending on the project, AvioDesign can coordinate:

  • Engineering organizations and independent specialists.

  • Project scope, deliverables, and schedule expectations.

  • Communication and documentation flow.

  • Confidential handling of project information.

  • Progress monitoring and completion review.

  • Additional certification resources where required.

Engineering findings, approvals, and regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of the appropriately authorized specialists, organizations, and authorities.
