Company Overview

AvioDesign is an FAA-aligned certification integrator that supports engineering teams, MROs, STC holders, and independent approval resources with the structure, coordination, and technical preparation required to keep programs moving. We combine engineering insight, disciplined certification workflow, and multi-discipline approval pathways to support projects of every scale, from minor modifications to long-term certification efforts.

Through a nationwide ecosystem of Approved Partners, DERs, specialists, and technical contributors, AvioDesign integrates seamlessly into client workflows. White-label delivery is available for clients who require complete branding alignment or discreet behind-the-scenes integration.

AvioDesign supports engineering and certification processes across all major aircraft systems, enabling clients to achieve consistent progress without maintaining internal DER or FAA-aligned infrastructure.

Mission

Our mission is to strengthen the aviation industry by providing engineering teams, MROs, STC holders, and independent DERs with the certification structure and technical support they need to keep programs moving. AvioDesign connects high-value expertise with programs requiring disciplined FAA-aligned execution while protecting client ownership, ensuring discretion, and maintaining consistent progress.

Vision

Our vision is to become the aviation industry’s most trusted certification support platform, uniting engineering capability, approval expertise, and long-term program continuity within a single flexible structure. AvioDesign aims to simplify certification, accelerate program delivery, and give clients a scalable pathway from initial concept to continued airworthiness.

Programs:

DERLink

DERLink is AvioDesign’s FAA-aligned technical support ecosystem that connects engineering firms, DERs, specialists, and contributors across all major disciplines. The platform enables clients to access needed resources while maintaining full control of their programs.

DERLink provides:

- Multi-discipline engineering and technical resource availability

- Structured alignment of engineering, specialist, and approval contributors

- Technical preparation for compliance and substantiation

- Cross-discipline workflow integration

- A discreet FAA-aligned pathway from engineering output to approval-ready packages

EPEC (Extended Program for Engineering Compliance)

EPEC provides long-term lifecycle support for STC holders, engineering teams, and MROs. Once certification is complete, EPEC maintains program stability through updates, oversight, support management, and regulatory alignment.

Pillar 1: Continued Airworthiness

EPEC manages continued airworthiness requirements, documentation updates, regulatory evaluations, and support for fielded installations. It reduces client workload by handling customer questions and installation support. EPEC logs inquiries, resolutions, and recurring field issues, providing structured summaries to help clients plan future STCs and amendments.

Pillar 2: STC Administration

EPEC includes STC Administration, through which AvioDesign manages buyer inquiries, pre-buy questions, and STC sale facilitation on behalf of the holder. This reduces administrative workload and allows clients to focus on engineering. White-label delivery is available.

Programs Supported (non-exhaustive):

- Avionics upgrades

- Structural repairs and modifications

- Cargo conversions and interiors

- Systems redesign and electrical updates

- Propulsion interface modifications

- Cabin refurbishments and completions

- STC and TC certification programs

- Continued airworthiness initiatives

Client Ownership and Discretion

AvioDesign protects full client ownership of all deliverables and data. White-label documentation is available on request. AvioDesign does not advertise projects or disclose involvement without written authorization.

Service Philosophy

We align with client workflows, prioritize schedule stability, maintain quality, and ensure clear communication. Our role is to support clients quietly and effectively, serving as the missing piece that keeps engineering and certification programs moving.

Management Structure

AvioDesign maintains a disciplined management structure for engineering, technical preparation, and certification support. We provide multi-stage review, structured communication, and FAA-aligned sequencing. Confidentiality and professionalism remain core to every engagement.

Closing Statement

AvioDesign remains committed to supporting the aviation community with structure, clarity, and the expertise required to deliver certification programs with confidence. We operate with complete discretion, integrate seamlessly with client workflows, and maintain a scalable model that ensures we are never at capacity. Our role is to provide dependable support from concept through continued airworthiness so our clients can focus on building the future of aviation.
