How It Works
1. Connect – We establish your EPEC support line and review the details of your certification program.
2. Support – Operators and MROs contact EPEC for troubleshooting, documentation clarification, and installation assistance. Each call is documented and reviewed before a response is issued.
3. Resolve – EPEC provides clear, documented answers and guidance that help technicians, operators, and engineering teams maintain compliance without project delays.
4. Report – You receive a monthly summary outlining all activity, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Expand – When your STC is licensed or sold to an MRO, AvioDesign provides the required LOA, AFMS, and associated documentation for that aircraft at preferred pricing exclusive to EPEC clients.
